Minimal Incision Deep Sculpting Neck Lift
Deep neck sculpting was performed through a small incision under the chin. Deep neck fat was reduced, digastric muscles were shaved, and platysmaplasty was performed. Only a very minimal amount of superficial fat needed to be reduced. The submandibular glands were not reduced in this case.
