Thank you, Dr. Foulad. It has been 6 months to the day since my procedure. You are an incredible Doctor and a perfectionist to a T. Your staff was also very kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Foulad and his team have taken great care of me since my procedure. He and his staff are caring and have never let my questions go unanswered.  They are always calling or emailing me back.  Dr. Foulad is one of the most thorough doctors I have ever been to.  He's a complete perfectionist and notices every little detail.  He keeps the face looking natural and prior to my procedure, he asked me to send in photos of myself from every decade of my life so he could really understand what I looked like and how aging altered my appearance.  I really appreciated this.  I have friends now asking about who I saw and one dear friend is even scheduled to have my same procedure!  True testament to his work! If there were more stars to leave than the 5 stars, I would leave more!   I can't say enough about Dr. Foulad.   I found him through a ton of research that I did, visiting other surgeons, reading extensively the reviews, and looking through the photo gallery on his website.   I waited several months for my consultation, which is very typical for someone in high demand...and it was well worth the wait.   On my visit, he spent an hour really studying my face, asking me questions about what I wanted as a result.   We landed on a deep plane lower facelift.   I already knew I didn't want a SMAS so everything lined up so well in our conversation.  Just 8 weeks ago I underwent my surgery.   It's about how people describe it - the first 4 days are uncomfortable so you have to trust the process :-).   We were from out of town so a nice AirBnB was absolutely wonderful.   The nurse stays the first night and Kim was just so amazing!   Dr. Foulad provided me his cell phone, and checked in regularly.  He even wanted to see me over the weekend just to see how it was going and do a little proactive draining.   I don't know a lot of doctors that take this much care and pride into their work.   I'm beyond thrilled and SO happy with my results and everyday it gets better...as the swelling continues to go down.   Aside from being an incredible doctor, he's a kind person and really deeply cares.  His work is so important to him.

To all of the people in the office....WOW.   There wasn't a single person that wasn't incredible during the entire process.  Rosie and Chelsea in particular.   Plus the nice woman that helped during the surgery and the anesthesiologist (can't remember their names).   They really made the whole experience seamless, smooth, and kept me feeling less anxious and safe.

I couldn't be happier with my experience. I originally went in for a double chin reduction, and Dr. suggested adding a facelift. I was hesitant because my main concern was my double chin, but he took the time to explain why it would give me the best overall result.

Dr Foulad told me he takes his time during surgery because he's very detail-oriented, and it definitely shows. The results exceeded my expectations, and the incisions are practically invisible. My wife has even tried to find them and can't.

I saw Dr Foulad for a neck and lower face lift along w CO2 laser to the entire face. This was my first cosmetic surgery and I was nervous about it all.
First and foremost, I got a wonderful result. A beautiful natural tune up. It was precisely what I needed. I still look exactly like me just younger and prettier. Dr Foulad did a brilliant job and is meticulous in his execution. I could not be more pleased.
Dr Foulad’s staff is also wonderful. They are professional, kind and very helpful. My numerous questions were always answered promptly and thoughtfully. The process is well thought out and everyone is adept at their role. They made me feel comfortable during the entire process.
My recovery wasn’t bad. It was easier than I anticipated. I did a few things which may have helped: a hydration IV pre surgery and 3 hyperbaric chamber sessions immediately post op. I think this helped my swelling, bruising and redness, all of which weren’t bad.

This is the finest plastic surgeon anywhere. 
I've had procedures elsewhere and no one compares to Dr Foulad. He is double boarded, extremely well trained, very artistic eye, very patient, and most importantly , HIS RESULTS are unequaled.

First Class Plastic Surgeon in Every Way
I truly have not stopped raving about Dr. Foulad since having my neck lift/rhino. I talk about how special he was maybe more than how thrilled I am with the results! I was an out of town patient, and there is nothing you can do to make the process seamless like picking the right surgeon. He is meticulous and it shows in the work and professionalism. I wasn't even nervous in the months leading up because of how well he explained and listened to my needs and wants. There is no relief like knowing the person operating on you will literally not miss a single detail; I just knew it would be perfect because he was doing it. The post-op care was also exceptional; I met with him almost every day after, we texted daily for progress pictures, and I never felt like I was not looked after. My rhinoplasty incision scar was gone by the time I got home 10 days later which I didn't think was possible. His results and work speaks for itself, but I cannot be more thankful to have found him due to the amazing care he provided. Fantastic for Deep Plane Neck Lifts!

He never tried to upsell me on anything I didn't actually need, which made it easier to trust him.  And he took the time to answer all of my many questions.

I appreciated that Dr. Foulad was clear about what he could and could not achieve with the procedure, and now that it is done I can say that he definitely under promised and over delivered.

The surgery itself was quite easy and I felt very comfortable even without anesthesia.  I was amazed how quickly I recovered afterwards. And most importantly, I'm very happy with the results. Dr. Foulad has a heart of gold. I visited with him a number of times for treatment of a gummy smile, and during the most recent visit I had a more medically complex situation to address. I so appreciate Dr. Foulad's honesty and recommendation, and above all his compassion during this visit. Dr. Foulad is an artist and he approaches every face like his canvas. I had never undergone any cosmetic surgery and was extremely cautious, going to multiple doctors for consultations over a year-long period. Honestly, I didn't know if I was going to actually go through with the procedure because I was terrified but Dr. Foulad impressed me with his attention to detail, his enthusiasm, his professionalism; our consultation was over an hour where Dr. Foulad explained  his ideas and surgical technique in depth. I felt safe and my intuition told me I was in excellent hands and should take the leap.  I am thrilled that I did!  I was able to go out in public after 10 days and no one had any idea I had undergone surgery because I looked like myself, just younger. I Had an Awesome Experience!
My experience with Dr. Foulad and his office has been nothing but AWESOME! From my very first consultation, he made me feel comfortable and explained everything with great detail. He is a perfectionist and very meticulous in achieve the best results for all his patients. He used the fractional CO2 laser on my face and my skin now looks much more even and refreshed. Recently, I decided to have Dr. Foulad perform a lip lift. Over the decades, the space between my nose and lip had increase drastically. I didn’t recognize myself when I looked in the mirror or in photos. Although I was really nervous, I trusted that Dr. Foulad would do a great job, and he did! My lips look beautiful and natural.I highly recommend him for any of services he provides. Dr. Foulad and his office receive 5+ stars from me! Updated on 19 Mar 2025: Over the past several years, I didn’t notice myself. Initially, I couldn’t figure out what was so different, besides aging. But then I noticed that the space between the lower part of my nose and upper part of my lip had length drastically. I understood that lip lifts shorten the space between the lower part of the nose and the upper part of the lip.Since Dr. Foulad performed a Fractional CO2 laser over my whole face, and I was very happy with the results, I asked him performed lip lifts. Boy was I right.  Dr. Foulad is the most qualified and skilled plastic surgeon you will find.  I was a 63 year old newly divorced male with a turkey neck and drooping eyelids covering to my eyelashes.  NOW, I am a good looking 63 year old bachelor who is confident and dating.  What a difference.  Nobody can tell, they think I lost weight or changed my hair.  They all say I look great.

My experience with Dr. Foulad was wonderful.  I have never worked with such a conscientious doctor.  Elective surgery can be frightening, however, working with Dr. Foulad certainly alleviates quite a bit of that fear.  He has an extremely pleasant and calm manner.  He is so thorough, honest and detail oriented.  He has an amazing bedside manner.  Often these days, you may find a  skilled doctor who is very deficient with their social skills.  Not the case with Dr. Foulad.

Chelsea and his staff are always helpful and available for everything and anything that you need and question.  They always have a welcoming spirit at his office.

Needless to say, I was extremely pleased from the initial consultation to the final outcome.  I look ten years younger and you cannot even see the scars from my necklift procedure! Amazing Skills and Overall Experience
If anyone is in Southern California or wants to fly there for a procedure, you must use Dr. Foulad (in Beverly Hills). He is unequivocally, the best facial plastic surgeon! He is so thorough, kind, approachable, and meticulous in every aspect. He works with you every step of the way and has an amazing staff. My necklift results are extraordinary (I look ten years younger) and you can't see any scars! I was referred to Dr. Foulad by a friend, and I am grateful for the recommendation!   The entire team, including the front desk staff and office manager, is truly amazing.  They are wonderfully responsive and contribute to the overall positive experience of visiting the office.

Dr. Foulad goes above and beyond to ensure that his patients feel heard and valued.  He takes the time to listen attentively to all concerns and questions, never rushing through appointments.

For the past 5 years I have been meticulously researching to find the right plastic surgeon for my neck and lower face. I literally consulted with over 20 top notch and well-known doctors in the Los Angeles and Beverly Hills area including referrals within the celebrity community and friends. When I met Dr. Allen Foulad in his office in Beverly Hills his gentleness, intelligence and knowledge, his impressing assessment of my face structure and skin characteristics explaining in great detail the different options and showing examples of his work of what to expect after surgery, and most importantly establishing upfront the element of trust and confidence were convincing reasons that he is the one. But the real evidence is the result; as picky as I am the results majorly surpassed and exceeded my expectations as it is a flawless work performed by a perfectionist. I'm so happy with my neck lift results! Before my surgery with Dr Foulad, I would never wear my hair up due to fat and excess skin around my neck. Now I feel much more confident. Dr Foulad is extremely meticulous and makes sure you know what to expect. He is truly an artist with the way he's able to transform you into a better version of yourself. My coworkers and even family just thought I lost weight. No scars, no pain and I was awake during my surgery. His precision and professionalism left me extremely impressed and confident in his ability to deliver.

His attention to detail was clear every step of the way, which made me feel confident I was in the best hands possible. I wasn’t a cookie-cutter case, and he took all my concerns into consideration. His team was also great from the surgery coordinator, to the nurses, to the anesthesiologist – all went out of their way to make things easy and comfortable for me. Right now I’m one month out, and my healing process timeline was exactly as Dr. Foulad predicted. I’m absolutely thrilled with the results, and I know it will only continue to get better from here. Dr. Foulad provides an elevated level of care that is really incomparable! I picked him to perform my neck lift after consulting with several plastic surgeons and from start to finish, his expertise, kindness, and genuine care made my experience nothing but truly remarkable! He is very honest, telling me I didn’t need an additional surgery I was pressing to do during my consultation. I saw him many times and at every appointment he provided incredibly through explanations to my many questions and his after surgery care and support were, and continue to be beyond impressive. All of the girls in his office are also amazing to work with, friendly and accommodating and very on top of everything. The surgery itself was easy breezy to get through and I somehow managed to have almost no bruising or pain which is still blowing my mind. Trustworthy and Reliable
I always knew that I needed to get a chin implant if I wanted a more balanced face - and all the other professionals did too! The first time I tried lip injections, the NP took one look at me and was like, "Oh, lip injections won't make up for your weak chin, you'll need an implant for that." Which was completely unsolicited but also, very true. But here's the thing. While it's true that it's VERY important to make sure you're emphasizing quality over cost, especially with any procedures that touch your face in particular, I also didn't want to have to pay an excessive amount just because a surgeon's in love with their own brand, you know what I mean? So I did some research, and I came across Dr. Foulad - what immediately intrigued me was his no-nonsense approach to chin implant surgery with local anesthesia, which I vastly prefer over general anesthesia when possible. And all the reviews you read about him are TRUE! His clinic: located in Beverly Hills, almost tucked away in a corner of a beautiful building, but it's very clean, well kept. I was worried that parking would be an issue around that area, but I was able to find both free parking and metered parking easily in all the appointments I've had there. His staff are super affable and kind - they just make every interaction smooth and most importantly, they are EFFICIENT. I've never really had to wait, except for when of course, I arrived too early. They get you in and out ASAP, which I love. Dr. Foulad himself is incredibly knowledgeable, and HONEST. He will tell you all the risks, all the solutions for those risks, and lay out exactly what to expect so you're not caught off guard. I LOVE that when we first had an in-person meeting, he straight up told me that a neck liposuction procedure probably wouldn't change much for me, and that weight loss would do the same thing. That's when I knew I could really trust his judgment. He is a plastic surgeon with a vision, through and through. Not a salesman. The chin implant surgery itself wasn't too bad at all. I followed their clear-cut instructions to the letter, and the only painful part really, was the anesthesia shots (of course). But I will say that even as drowsy as I was during the procedure, I really appreciated that he went all out in making sure that I was numb. As for the aftermath, if you do decide to go through with one, PLEASE TRUST DR. FOULAD'S WORDS AND THE RECOVERY PROCESS! I promise it will look horrific at first because your face is SO SWOLLEN in a way you didn't know it could swell. But now I really could not be any happier with my face. It's incredible how subtle the transformation is, but HOW MUCH it changes my overall appearance!! Dr. Foulad made sure to get my preferences, but ultimately I went with his advice and I do not regret it one bit. He will know exactly what you need, what he can and cannot do (and will be more than willing to be upfront about that), and that is the expertise I'm really looking for. He even altered the implant shape a bit during the procedure because it was a little too wide for my face!! As for the recovery, his instructions are meticulous and yes, he really does offer his cell phone so you can text or call him - I never had to, but HE called me!! Twice!! And I think that just really shows how much he understands the fragile nature of a recovery process as a physician. I deeply appreciate that. I really enjoyed my experience with Dr. Foulad and his incredible team, and I would highly recommend him. Also: my friend did not notice what was different, but he DID say that my bottom lip looks poutier as a result. So I don't think I'll need those injections anymore. ;)

I Was Well Cared for Before, During and After!
I just turned 52 and wanted to look refreshed not like I just had work done. On my first visit with Dr Foulad and we discussed what I wanted and what would be best treatment for me. He was straight forward on what the process was going to be and what to except after. We decided that a deep plane lower facelift with extension to midface and neck lift with platysmaplasty would be the best treatment for the results that I wanted. I had some bleeding in my ear area, Dr Foulad took time to see me in his office everyday and had me do treatments to make the healing time less. He even saw me the morning that I flew back home. I had the best experience, Dr Foulad and all of his staff we all amazing and went above and beyond. Dr Foulad is very caring about you as a patient and the final result. I’m very happy with Dr. Foulad and his staff. He really exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier with the results of my Alarplasty! I got turned down by a highly respected and renowned Doctor saying this procedure is too unpredictable and I should just live with it, so I’m really happy I found Dr. Foulad! If anyone has the same issue either born or acquired after a aggressive Rhinoplasty I would not hesitate to reach out to Dr. Foulad.

I came all the way from Georgia to have work done by Dr. Foulad.  I'm an RN so I do a ton of research. I won't go to "just anyone"
this man is meticulous with his work.  he takes time with every single detail.  he is very cautious, thus requiring a good amount of preop testing.  ( you want a doctor like this). this makes adorable a safe environment 
his work is incredible!!!!
now let's talk about his staff...all amazing!! attentive, caring.  my ride wasn't able to come for the whole day.  they gave me a nice room to stay in, ran across the street to get me something to eat.. amazing girls. 
Chelsea helps you through the whole thing. her knowledge base is on point
did I mention how clean and nicely decorated the office is????

I am just recovering from a neck lift and plane facelift Dr Foulad and his staff are amazing. I am an RN and researched who would be the best at a plane facelift ( natural looking not pulled back to look tight) This man pays attention to every detail. He requires all kinds of medical clearances ( that’s important for safety factors). Extremely satisfied - results are natural, better than expected
After long hours of research and a number of consultations I finally came across Dr. Foulad’s great reviews. I decided to do one last consultation and booked my very first appointment with him. From the moment they scheduled my appointment I felt the connection and professionalism. Dr. Foulad explained everything in detail and patiently answered all my questions, I asked a lot! We both agreed that neck liposuction and chin implant would be best to help achieve my desired results. I right away booked my surgery date and got both procedures done in one day. The care I received every step of the way was incredible, by far the best. I am extremely satisfied with my results, so natural and better than I expected! 5 days after eyelid surgery & looking good - swelling & bruising almost gone
My day by day experience from my journal for the first few days after surgery: Day after surgery: Slight pain, took 2 extra strength Tylenol. Have some swelling and bruising. 2 days after surgery: Swelling and bruising slightly going down. No Tylenol needed for pain. 3 days after surgery: I’m feeling a lot better. The swelling and bruising is still going down more. Still having no pain. 4 days after surgery: Still and bruising is going down a lot more, still no pain. I’m looking a lot better today. 5 days after surgery: Swelling and bruising is almost gone but not all the way yet. Its looking very good and I am very happy with the outcome so far so good! Dr.Foulad and his staff are amazing. The results speak for themselves. Dr. Foulad is meticulous. The experience was beyond great. I had a neck lift, a mid face lift and an upper eye lift. Dr. Foulad was very attentive. Chelsea, the practice manager, took care of every detail. I felt at ease and very taken care of. I had prepared myself for a painful surgery and recovery period but it was not like that at all. There was no pain and very little discomfort. It felt more like a well needed vacation. I had all my surgery on a Friday and I saw Dr. Foulad and Chelsea through the weekend. By the following Saturday I was at an important social function and with a little make up, no one could tell I was a week out from surgery. Some people would call this vanity. I disagree. I don’t feel 63. Why should I have to look 63.(or older!) It’s the best thing I ever did for myself. I can't thank Dr. Foulad enough. Having any procedure on your face is a huge decision. I met with Dr. Foulad to discuss my areas of concern. He was my first consultation and after meeting with him, I knew he was the right doctor for me.
He is meticulous, not only during the consultation process, but during the procedure and follow up. He has such a calming bedside manner and will provide an honest option- even if it means not doing a procedure.

I very rarely review anything on Yelp, but I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Foulad. I did a lot of research on plastic surgeons in LA, and I feel I made the best choice possible for my procedure.

Dr. Foulad spent nearly an hour with me at my initial consult, and provided me with different options to address my area of concern. I couldn't quite decide what to do, and so I met again with the doctor. He patiently answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns, and helped guide me to my decision.

My procedure was performed under local anesthesia while sedated. Everything went smoothly, and Dr. Foulad had me follow up w/ him for a few days to help guide me through my recovery. I felt super supported and well cared for.

I've had other surgeries that were much more serious than my facial procedure, and those surgeons weren't nearly as compassionate as Dr. Foulad. 

I'm currently a little over two weeks out from my procedure. I'm very happy w/ my results so far, and I know the result will continue to improve as the swelling continues to reduce. I'm so pleased with my decision to have Dr. Foulad perform my procedure. 

There's a reason Dr. Foulad has so many 5-star reviews. He's kind, thoughtful and talented. And he cares more about his patients than his instagram page! If you are in search of a facial plastic surgeon, you must see Dr. Foulad. When I initially decided to have a procedure done, I anticipated getting a second or third opinion. I was so impressed by my consultation w/ Dr. Foulad, I knew he was the doctor for me. He walked me through my options and the pros & cons for each and answered all of my questions. Plus, there is zero pressure, which is so appreciated.

Since my procedure, he's been nothing short of a perfectionist. He has regularly checked in with me to see how I'm healing and has offered additional complementary services to assist in that healing. I'm only a month and a half out, but I already love my results.

LOVE my Results- Dr Foulad is a Fantastic Surgeon! Photos Attached
I came to Dr Foulad for micro-liposuction and buccal reduction. I had consulted with about 4 other doctors in Beverly Hills and Newport Beach, but once I met Dr Foulad it was clear that he was the best! He was incredibly patient and took our consultation seriously, examining my face thoroughly and also taking time to listen to my goals ( I wanted to slim my face to look like how I did years ago- he told me what could and couldnt be addressed and never tried to sell me.) I could tell that he genuinely cares about his patients and their outcome. He struck me as incredibly meticulous and well, he was! Operation day was easy, I was awake, and it was far more comfortable than going to the dentist! Really for all the girls who are worried about procedure- don't be. Dr Foulad was very gentle and careful- something I appreciate in a surgeon who is working on my face! I never even tasted anything during the buccal reduction (a lot of people I know who went elsewhere complained about tasting blood and fat). I also saw results from my buccal reduction MUCH sooner than other people report because of Dr Foulads skill. Additionally, it was technically impossible for me to bite the incision because of where he chose to place it! Im a month out and there is no scar from the buccal whatsoever. Within 7 days, there was absolutely no sign of having anything done, I did not really swell enough for anyone to notice. He was available by text throughout my healing process, even following up by phone while he was on vacation! I was hugely concerned about scars as I have a mixed ethnic background and I ve heard that that can result in poor scarring. Within 10 days I cant even see anything, unless I really look for it. Im thrilled with my results. I feel more confident in my appearance already, and Im not at my final results yet. So grateful I found Dr Foulad! Updated on 27 Dec 2021: Honestly zero regrets this was a great gift to myself. I truly feel more elegant and intelligent looking. My profile looks more like it did in my 20s- cleaner and more alert. This photo is 3 months after I believe. I feel that the difference is noticeable almost immediately and is fully apparent within a month. There are no scars even close up, which is a relief. I am SO, SO, SO HAPPY WITH MY RESULTS!!!! Incredible service!! I got neck liposuction and a chin implant with Dr. Foulad after I saw the natural looking and flawless results my sister-in-law had with him from a rhinoplasty and buccal fat removal. You get what you pay for and I'm incredibly happy to say I paid for the best medical service I have ever experienced!! So many doctors rush the explaining process and spend only a few minutes with you, Dr. Foulad spent SO much time with me clearly explaining every detail of the surgery, I never felt rushed with any of my pre-visits. He is one of those exceptionally attentive doctors that will not have you leave his office without you feeling like you've discussed everything you possibly can no matter how busy his day is. Leading up to my surgery he and his practice manager Chelsea were always available to answer any questions I had. Dr. Foulad even personally called me the night after my procedure to see how I was doing and gave me his cell phone number where I could reach him directly during my recovery process. Everything was super easy and I even did my surgery awake (no general anesthesia) and it was near pain free. The office is also super nice and very comfortable to be in. I felt pretty much 90% recovered after the first few days and never even took the pain meds prescribed. I had very little swelling and bruising and went back to work 6 days later. I have no scars and I look like me but the amazing supermodel version of myself!! My mom is now seeing him as well and is getting a facelift and neck lift with him in a few weeks. That's right, I TRUST MY MOM WITH HIM!!! We have since recommended Dr. Foulad to everyone we know. Probably 20 of my friends and family have seen him or are planning to go see him at this point! I am very picky with my doctors and trust in his care and expertise whole heartily. I have been to several plastic surgeons and none of them really took the time to listen and really focus on what I needed as much as Dr. Foulad. 
A friend of mine referred me to him so I went for a blepharoplasty consultation. He was thorough and took his time. I decided he was the right Doctor so I booked the surgery.  4 weeks later, I am delighted to say that my eyes look stunning! I cannot believe what a difference this surgery has made to my self confidence. He made sure I was comfortable through the whole procedure as well as post op. I felt no pain at all during or after the surgery and I was awake during it.

From performing Botox to surgery  - he takes his time and is absolutely meticulous. Needless to say, he will be the only doctor touching my face from now on.

He is super patient, takes the time to thoroughly explain all your issues, thoughts, and goals and maps out all of your options without pushing anything whatsoever (if anything he does the opposite and explains everything in depth). He was completely attentive and super eloquent and smart when describing all of the ways he can help heal and preserve my skin and shared a wealth of knowledge. The practice manager Chelsea is patient, kind and super sweet and helpful. I'll definitely be telling my family and friends to become patients of Dr Foulad's practice. Wow,  I am so impressed!  From the minute I walked into his office I was warmly greeted by his staff and ushered off for my consult with Dr. Foulad. He was extremely through (I ask a lot of questions) and he was very patient and did not rush me. I followed up the next week for my procedure which I’m thrilled with the outcome and feel so much confident! I’m looking forward to a long relationship with his office and it’s nice because he offers the entire package of treatments, products and procedures to cover all the bases! I met Dr. Foulad several years ago. I first had a procedure with him to remove a lump near my eyelid that was caused by permanent filler injected by another doctor.  Dr. Foulad did that with a local and the procedure went seamless and I healed quickly.  I was amazed at how much care he provided. 
Last month I had a lip lift performed by Dr. Foulad.  The day I arrived at the office he administered an antibiotic and a medication that made me feel relaxed.  I was very calm when he injected my upper lip with Novocain.  I did not feel a thing during the procedure.  The procedure lasted about 2 hours and I went home and only needed one dosage of tylenol. Six days later Dr Foulad made a special trip into his office to remove my stiches.  A week later I saw someone that I hadn't seen for several months.  She was amazed at how fresh I looked. My friends can’t believe how natural and youthful I look now
Around the time I turned 57, I noticed that my face was really starting to age. I had been considering a face lift for years by that point, but something always kept holding me back. I think my biggest fear was that I would end up looking like one of those people who has obviously “had work done.” It was around that time that a friend of mine told me about Dr. Foulad. After much deliberation, I decided to have a consultation - just to hear what he had to say. Within minutes of meeting Dr. Foulad, I knew that I was ready to take the leap and I knew that he was the right doctor for me. He made me feel at ease and assured me that I wouldn’t end up looking fake - just younger and rejuvenated. He was right. I had a face and neck lift in March and now I can’t believe that I was ever afraid. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner. The procedure and recovery weren’t bad at all. Two weeks after the procedure I was able to put on makeup and go out. My friends can’t believe how natural and youthful I look now. When I run into people I haven’t seen in a while, they tell me that I look rejuvenated…like I have been on vacation. I can honestly say that I look at least 15 years younger, and it is all thanks to Dr. Foulad and his meticulous work and attention to detail. Updated on 28 Feb 2021: Sorry for taking so long to post this before and after photo. The after photo is about two months after and as you can see I was able to put on makeup and go outside. If you have sensitive skin and have been afraid to use retinol like I was, you will love Dr. Foulad's Retinoid Complex 0.5% and Eye Complex. In this time of wearing masks (Covid-19), I felt like my skin was looking dull and I didn't like the way it was feeling. I knew I should be using something more than just moisturizer at my age (61), but with my sensitive skin I've always been afraid of trying anything new on my face. I've read so many horror stories about "waiting out" the irritation and peeling of retinol so I always said maybe someday I'll try it. Well, that day finally came! Dr. Foulad's retinol is so gentle. I've had ZERO irritation and ZERO side effects that you normally get with starting a retinol regimen. My skin is brighter and the texture has literally changed in just a few weeks. It's so soft and my make-up is going on so much nicer cutting time off my make up routine. I don't have any deep wrinkles on my face that bother me (good skin genes!), so I can't comment on that, but I can certainly attest to the gentle quality and actual change in my skin. I also appreciate the fact that Dr. Foulad gives you different options of how to apply the retinol to avoid any irritation. Excellent product and I highly recommend it.

I also use the Eye Complex cream. Again, very gentle with no irritation at all. In the time I've been using the Eye Complex I have seen visible improvement in the fine lines and wrinkles around my eyes more than any other product I've used. Although I realize nothing is going to completely get rid of the dark circles, they have actually brightened up since using the Eye Complex. All the ingredients are so gentle on your sensitive eye area and I've had absolutely NO adverse reaction. I'm also finding I need less concealer under my eye area. The cream is rich but not too thick and absorbs beautifully. Another win for Dr. Foulad! I definitely recommend this product if you have any issues with retinol in any eye cream due to sensitive skin.

Let me start off by saying, I was extremely lucky to find Dr. Foulad! Dr. Allen Foulad is the best of the best and the results of my neck liposuction and buccal fat removal have been absolutely life changing. 

During my consultation, Dr. Foulad was incredibly detailed in his explanation and very kind and easy to share my goals with. He gave me a very thorough explanation of what to expect with the recommended procedures. I then met with Chelsea who was very thoughtful. She went over pricing options and surgical availability with me. Dr. Foulad and his team were extremely thorough, gave me the time I required, and I never felt rushed or pressured by them.


I decided to have both the neck liposuction and buccal fat removal done together under local anesthesia while I was awake with a sedative. I was very comfortable during the entire surgery. Even after the surgery, I experienced a pretty easy recovery. I had very little bruising, some swelling, and just a little discomfort. There was such a great result even the day after my procedure when the neck strap came off. As time passed, the slimming effect and my jawline continued to improve even more! The results are so amazing and have enhanced my natural features! During the entire process Dr. Foulad was always so easy to reach. He is so caring and comforting.

I visited Dr. Foulad at around the 4 month mark for an optional evaluation after my liposuction procedure. Since I was in the office already and I had commuted 250 miles round trip for this appointment, I also scheduled some time to get some Botox, lip filler, and under eye filler. All of my previous experiences with Botox and fillers had been in a medical spa setting. I am fortunate to say that I luckily never had any poor experiences before however, they never got close to the level of excellence provided by Dr. Foulad. He numbed me so well that the filler injections were painless! He also used a cannula for the fillers and I had no swelling or bruising! By the time I drove home (about two hours), all of the numbing was completely worn off and I simply looked well rested, rejuvenated and five years younger.  The Botox has settled beautifully and my lips are perfect. But let me tell you, the under eye filler has been a game changer! From my very first phone call to Dr. Allen Foulad’s office, the entire experience was spectacular. And now, three months after my procedure I can confidently say that deciding to move forward with my neck liposuction was one of the best decisions that I have ever made. The results have been positively life changing. If you are considering Dr. Foulad, I would love to share my experience with you.
I initially reached out to Dr. Foulad’s office after months of researching possible procedures to address the fat around my neck and jawline that had completely depleted my self-esteem. I called the office and initially spoke to Chelsea, who is lovely! She asked me what I was looking for and she mentioned possible services/procedures that the doctor would likely bring up during my consultation. I was very happy with how knowledgeable and kind she was so I immediately decided to move forward with a consultation.

At the consultation Dr. Foulad began by handing me a mirror and asking me to show him the areas that I considered to be “problem areas” and we then began to discuss what my goals were. After a brief examination and a very thorough explanation of the proposed procedure and the recovery plan, Dr. Foulad and I concluded that proceeding with a neck liposuction would be the best action plan to achieve my desired results.

Like most people the day of the procedure I was incredibly nervous but, once I arrived at the office I immediately felt at ease. This was in large part due to the exemplary level of professionalism and service provided by Dr. Foulad and his team; not to mention the immaculate condition of the office. The procedure itself was performed under local anesthesia accompanied by a medication to relax and calm me. I was awake during the procedure but I was extremely comfortable and could not feel any pain during the procedure. After the procedure was completed I was held in a recovery room for about an hour or so, during which time I was checked on frequently by Dr. Foulad and his team.  Dr. Foulad reviewed my aftercare instructions very thoroughly.

The following day I came in to remove the neck wrap for the first time and I was already floored by the results! For the next few days I had minimal bruising and swelling. There really wasn’t any pain. By day five, I was back at work and working comfortably. I did wear turtlenecks and collared shirts the first week to avoid questions about whatever little bruising could possibly be noticed. By day nine I was wearing low collared tops and basking in all of the complements that I was receiving from coworkers and family. This my third daughter's experience not including my own going through rhinoplasty. And keep in mind her nose was a bit complicated because it was what's called bulb front. Dr. Foulad was unlike any other doctor we've experienced before. He spent sooo much time explaining the situation with her nose before the surgery and telling us exactly what he'll be doing using great visuals. On the day of surgery he spent so much more time making sure her nose is perfect. After the surgery he was always available and so caring, patient and meticulously perfectionist. Dr. Foulad is amazing. He took care of a rhinoplasty procedure for us and we could not have been happier with the experience and the results. I went to Dr. Foulad two weeks ago for the first time to get botox, he is by far the best in the industry. I've had my share of trying different doctors but I can honestly say I have finally found my doctor. His attention to detail is very impressive, he tailors to your needs and not to look overly done. I went to Dr Foulad last week for the first time to get Botox and his attention to detail is unlike anyone I've visited for Botox. I'm so particular and will definitely let the injector know few days later if I'm not happy. Well, the Botox has kicked in my my face looks so rested and natural and most importantly symmetrical. Dr. Foulad is a rare and consummate professional. I went in for a scar revision procedure that most surgeons would consider menial, and Dr. Foulad treated me with the care and concern of someone who had undergone a more invasive procedure. He made sure I knew he was available to answer questions as I continued to heal, and checked in on me regularly to ensure I was comfortable and recovering smoothly. His attention to detail, thorough consultations and perfectionism make him someone I will trust for future work. I can't express enough gratitude for Dr. Foulad! I accidentally hit myself in the face with the end of an extension cord (long story) and had a large jagged laceration just above my eyebrow. As this was a very visible and sensitive part of my face, one of my friends recommended that I go see Dr. Foulad, rather than go to the ER (as the ER likely wouldn't do as good of a job). Who better to fix my face than a plastic surgeon?! Dr. Foulad was able to see me promptly, which I am grateful for.  
Naturally, I was nervous given the laceration was on my face, but Dr. Foulad's confidence and calm demeanor put me at ease. Dr. Foulad was meticulous and took his time as he repaired the laceration, resulting in perfect results. It is now a couple months out and I have no scar, no pain, nothing. Like it never happened! I couldnt have been more pleased with the way my first appointment went. Dr. Foulad was so informative, easy going and most importantly easy to trust. He takes the majority of the appointment time talking through the procedure and planning the most optimum points of injection. The results were amazing. I did my lip filler with Dr. Foulad and I cannot even begin to express my gratitude to his precision, expertise and patience. As a first time filler patient, I was extremely nervous about the procedure. Dr. Foulad took his time with me, he took photos and gave me a visual of what the post op would look like...for a lip filler! Dr Foulad is excellent!  Truly a perfectionist and his attention to details is outstanding. He did my micro needling prp procedure and he made sure to spend time in certain problem areas and adjusted the treatment to best fit my skin needs.  At the end, he gave me detailed instructions on what to use on my skin so that I would have the best result.  I am looking forward to my next treatment with him. I wanted to get lip fillers for awhile but I never trusted anyone to do them for me until I met Dr. Foulad. He thoroughly explained everything, made me feel comfortable and did an amazing job. He makes sure the job is done right and you won't be disappointed with the results. He takes his time and ensures that everything turns out just how you want it. There is no one else I would go to. After debating for a long time, I finally decided to pull the trigger on Botox, and I'm SO glad I waited until I found Dr. Foulad. As many others have mentioned, he's nothing short of amazing. He's extremely meticulous with his craft and takes the time to explain everything in detail to you. I really appreciate that he errs on the side of cautious and natural because that was really important to me. It also put me at ease to know that he's specifically a facial plastic surgeon with a thorough understanding of how the underlying facial muscles work. After going to an RN injector who was seemingly injecting air into my face (you get what you pay for, folks-), I was fortunate enough to find Dr. Foulad. This guy knows his stuff. He took his TIME discussing what was bothering me, talked about what I wanted and what he thought, and together we came up with a game plan. I got Botox and filler this visit; I am amazed at my results and still thinking about how he MEASURED for Botox placement! He is a perfectionist  - which is what you want when receiving Botox and filler, et cetera. I mean, it's your face, right? He is a conservative injector so he's not pressuring or hard selling you to put more into your face if you simply don't need it. Nice, right?

Chelsea, his patient coordinator is patient and kind and very very sweet, too :o)

I just can’t say enough about Dr. Foulad.  I’ve been to other Plastic Surgeons and his keen eye for detail is like no other. My results are natural and better than I expected. He is a perfectionist. I really appreciated the extra time he took to thoroughly explain what my options were, the look I would achieve, the details of the procedure and what to expect. Like most people I’m very visual and I especially liked his use of drawings and photography to help me see and better understand the expected outcome. I’ve had some previous experience working in the medical field and have an understanding on the importance of using sterile technique and Dr. Foulad did not miss any steps to ensure he did everything properly. He and his staff made an extra effort to make sure I was comfortable while I was there, that I had everything I needed when I left, as well as following up with me the days after the procedure. Dr Foulad was recommended to me by my Dermatologist. At my first consult I knew Dr Foulad was the surgeon for me. Dr Foulad performed a lower face lift and blepharoplasty, he listened to what my hopes and dreams were and was very honest about what results I could expect, which were beyond what I had hoped for. Dr Foulad is very detailed with every aspect of the procedure, he is an artist, his competency and compassion are what elevates him from other surgeons.  I always felt like a VIP patient, we were in constant contact before during and after surgery, (which I might add was during the time he got married and went on his honeymoon). He is a very generous and caring man, addressing every concern I had, going above and beyond his commitment to me. It has been 6 months now and still he available to answer my questions.

Went to Dr. Foulad in regards to under eye filler. He is amazing. He takes his time with you to explain your procedure and the possible result. He gives you several options to choose from. AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I was a new client in Dr Foulad's office. I had done a lot of research and although I live over an hour south of Beverly Hills I made the commute and drove to his office and I am SO glad I did. When I returned home after meeting Dr Foulad and his staff I told my husband, "Their office is how ALL medical offices should be... I felt like I was the only patient. They gave my such presence and quality time. I did not feel hurried or like I was just a number, they truly wanted to get to know me as a person." Dr Foulad is patient, present and explains everything, ensuring that you understand and don't feel hurried. There are many plastics offices near where I live and I have since driven over and hour back to Dr. Foulad... he and his staff are that worth it! I am in the medical field so am familiar with surgeons. I can tell you Dr. Foulad is a step above anyone I have ever met. He is a very caring, informative, intelligent, and kind man who goes the extra distance. To tell you the truth, I was not even his patient, yet he gave me advice for a procedure I was scheduled to have. He took valuable time out of his day to calm my nerves and answer any further questions I forgot to ask my surgeon. The medical field needs more surgeons like him who truly make a difference in the lives of patients. I will only go to him for any of my future cosmetic endeavors. If you are looking for honest thorough and natrual results Dr. Foulad is the man! I came to him wanting to get my top lip more symmetrical as I had lip injections done in the past and not achieved the results I was looking for. Dr Foulad took his time with me and explained everything very thoroughly so I would understand every aspect of the procedure I was about to receive. Dr Foulad is simply the best. He was the first to recommend an injection plan with Dysport that finally eliminated my frown line (correct units and injection sites). He didn't try and sell me on unnecessary treatments the way most other doctors have previously done. He also works to mitigate pain with cold packs and "baby" needles. Dr. Foulad was my facial plastic surgeon last year when I broke my jaw in a car accident, and he is the best doctor I have ever had. He spent hours and hours reconstructing my jaw, on New Year's no less, and then for weeks afterwards made personally sure that I had all of the care that I needed. And not just for my jaw, but he personally took me to a hearing test, to make sure I made it to the appointment on time, he pushed for me to get seen by nerve specialists before I was discharged from the hospital, and even came to see me after I was discharged to remove some of the wiring on my jaw. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Foulad. Not only is he a wonderful and highly skilled doctor, but he is a great person as well.
