Deep neck sculpting was performed through a small incision under the chin. Deep neck fat was reduced, digastric muscles were shaved, fasciotomy, and medial and lateral platysmaplasty were performed in addition to conservative subcutaneous liposuction below the level of the jawline. Only a very minimal amount of superficial fat needed to be reduced.
