Minimal Incision Deep Sculpting Neck Lift
Deep neck sculpting was performed through a small incision under the chin. Superficial fat, deep neck fat, digastric muscles, and submandibular glands were all reduced. Fasciotomy and platysmaplasty were performed. She has had buccal fat reduction. Some of the buccal fat that was reduced was used as fat transfer to the pre-jowl region to further improve jawline contour.
