GALLERY: RHINOPLASTY (Case 1085)
Revision Rhinoplasty
This patient had a rhinoplasty with another surgeon two years prior to seeing Dr. Foulad. Although she desired a natural appearing result, she felt she still had too much of a hump and droopy tip after her first surgery. Dr. Foulad performed a revision rhinoplasty involving the bottom two-thirds of the nose (no bony work was needed). The dorsal hump was reduced and the nasal tip was slightly raised and refined. The tip was supported using a septal extension graft harvested from her septum. The after photograph was taken 1 year after her revision rhinoplasty.
