This patient had bulging fat bags at the lower eyelids. A hidden incision was made from inside the eyelid in order to re-drape and re-position the fat bags over the cheeks. Fractional CO2 laser was also performed at the lower eyelids in order to reduce wrinkles and improve the quality of the skin.
