Upper Eyelid Blepharoplasty

This patient had excess upper eyelid skin that extended beyond the outer edges of the eyelid. Although also performing a lateral brow lift would have been ideal, she desired to limit the amount of surgery. An extended blepharoplasty was performed to reduce the excess skin.
