An extended anatomical chin implant was placed to increase the projection and definition of the chin. A size small was used to help maintain her delicate features, while slightly refining the chin and improving facial harmony. The small incision under the chin usually heals very well as can be seen in the base view photograph. A rhinoplasty with septoplasty was also performed to enhance the appearance of her nose and help improve her breathing.
