Facelift and Neck Lift
An extended deep plane facelift and neck lift with platysmaplasty was performed. During the neck lift, the anterior belly of the digastric muscles was slightly reduced and a small amount of superficial and deep submental fat was reduced. The submandibular glands were not reduced in this case. A conservative lip filler treatment was also performed after her surgery.
