This patient had undergone neck liposuction by another surgeon but desired further improvement, especially for the loose skin.
Dr. Foulad performed an extended deep plane facelift and neck lift with platysmaplasty. No deep neck work was performed in this particular case (the digastric muscles and submandibular glands were not reduced). A lower blepharoplasty and fractional CO2 laser of the face and neck were also performed.
